Remake of Underground Space - Skeletal

3rd Remake of Underground space [My 2nd week remake of models - both which were underground]

An overview of the complete model - In these images i wanted to show how the space is actually cut within the earth, and the contours of the earth would actually form the limits of how the viewer experiences the space.

In these images I wanted to highlight the contrasts between the thick and thin beams, as well as the cage like constructions.
The person within the space would first experience the skeletal quality of the thin beams as he/she is in the indented part of the base. As the viewer walks out of the indented area to the stairs (as directed by the cage like constructions), they will notice the thick beams extruding from the earth and into the base itself. I think the thick beams would be 'skeletal' when juxtaposed to the large void area under the ground. The cage like constructions also serve to block the view of the viewer while they're experiencing the thin beams when they're within the indented area.

Well.. I don't have much to say here, but ended up scrapping this one :P Thought I would just include it here to show the 'evolution' of my underground space.
